Ian Stamps

Lead Minister

Ian has been the Lead Minister at Broadway since June of 2016.  He and his wife, Jodie, have four incredible kids.  Ian’s role encompasses being the primary preacher for the Sunday worship gatherings, directional leader for the church, and caring for the congregation alongside the Elders.

Jared Mehrle

Executive Minister

Jared grew up in St. Louis and met his wife Amy at Johnson University in Knoxville, TN. They have two kids, Gibson and Alyce. Jared and Amy are raising their kids to love the two most important things: Jesus and St. Louis Cardinals baseball. Jared is also a fan of the English Premier League team Liverpool. Jared began working for Broadway in March of 2017. He is the Executive Minister, overseeing the staff, finances, and facilities.

Kevin Wolfe

Pastoral Care Minister

Kevin started at Broadway in 2005. In his role in Pastoral Care, Kevin oversees support groups, missions, prayer and shepherding of our church. Kevin loves that he gets to help and support many of the ministries that Broadway supports. Kevin has been married to Sandy for 39 years and has 3 grown children (Kevin has officiated each of their weddings). He is a recent cancer survivor who flirts with many different kinds of exercise at the local Y and is a voracious reader. One of his greatest pleasures is being a grandpa to his grandchildren: Abigail, Reese, Evie, and Grace.

Todd Zastrow

Worship Minister

Todd started at Broadway in 2007. In his role as Worship Minister, Todd oversees all things music and creative arts. His favorite thing about his role is seeing hands raised to the Father-- with everything else fading into the background. Todd has been married to his smokin' hot wife, Kyla, for 17 years and they have two hilarious boys.  Todd enjoys movies and TV shows and could spend ridiculous amounts of time talking to you about them (and quoting them). He's a huge fan of professional wrestling, Michael W. Smith and pretty much all things 80s. He also enjoys watching Jared get frustrated when losing games.

Jenny Camfield

KidLife Coordinator

Jenny's family moved to Mattoon when she started first grade and she has attended Broadway for over 40 years. She started as the Director of Children's Ministry from 1998 to 2004. She then was a stay-at-home-mom for several years and started working at Sunshine Preschool in 2008. She has now added the KidLife Coordinator to her job responsibilities. Through all her positions, she has had the pleasure of sharing with children and families how much Jesus loves them. She loves helping kids grow closer to Jesus.

Jenny has been married to her husband, Scott, for 22 years. They have two daughters. Chandler- a freshman at Illinois State- and Sydney- a sophomore at Mattoon High School. Their family LOVES Jesus, Disney, and dance (in that order).

Donna Flight

Early Childhood Director

Donna has had the pleasure of working with the kids of Broadway for 9 years. Donna and her family moved to Charleston in 2007 and they have made Coles County their home. Donna and her husband have three children: Meagan (19) who is a sophomore at the University of Illinois at Springfield, Sarah (17) who is a junior at Charleston High School, and Jacob (13) who is an 8th grader at Charleston Middle School. Every Sunday morning it brings joy to Donna's heart as she gets to "love on" the little ones of our church. She enjoys the smiles and the hugs that each child brings to church. Donna finds it a true joy to be a part of the Broadway family.

Jodie Stamps

Elementary Director

Jodie started at Broadway in April of 2017, as the KidLife Elementary Director. In this role, Jodie plans and designs the K-3 ministry and helps with Club 45 as needed. Her favorite thing in her ministry is the new prayer kiosk. Here, kids leave their prayer requests of many kinds. Jodie's favorite thing is reading these and seeing kids placing their trust in God's promises at such a young age. Jodie has been married to Ian for 17 years and they have 4 kids- 2 of which are extremely involved in ministries at Broadway. Jodie loves to read- her Amazon Kindle app is her best friend. She loves chewy sweethearts and Pirate's Booty chips. While living in Boston, Jodie was an extra in Ghostbusters.

Dillon Kinsey

Student Minister

Dillon started at Broadway as the student minister in June of 2017. His role entails programming and events for students in grades 6-12 and overseeing and equipping volunteers to minister to students on a more personal level. Dillon's favorite thing about his job is forming a relationship with students. 

Dillon graduated from Anderson University with a degree in youth ministry in 2013. Dillon married his wife Lauren in 2014 and they have an adorable dog named Hudley. Dillon is a big sports fan- particularly football. He also loves being outside and deer hunting in the fall.

Jacob Daugherty

Student Worship Minister

Jacob started at Broadway in August 2014 as the Student Worship Minister. He takes care of musical duties involved with middle school and high school youth groups and taking care of the look of the youth area. His favorite thing about his role is to see students mature in a craft (specifically music) which can be a hobby or profession for the rest of their lives. Aside from Broadway, Jacob is married to his wife Ashlyn, owns a local insurance agency, flips houses and works with rental properties.

Molly King

Communications Director

Hailing from Indiana (the greatest state ever), Molly started at Broadway in September of 2017. As the Communications Director, Molly is in charge of the flow of communication between the staff of Broadway and the congregation. The best thing about her job is being able to help effectively tell the Gospel in new and fresh ways-- seeing people experience Christ for the first time. When not spending time in the office you'll probably find Molly taking a road trip to a concert, watching sports, making music with her friends, posting on all the social media platforms, taking casual strolls through the nearest Target, and drinking so much coffee or Diet Coke. 

Brad Himes

Discipleship Minister

As the Discipleship Minister, Brad oversees our LifeGroups at Broadway. In this role he is able to help teach, train, and develop small group leaders in order to help people find and follow Jesus more closely. While implementing groups within the Broadway family, Brad has also helped other churches implement groups within their churches as well.

Brad has been married to Danah since 2005 and they have two awesome boys. 

Kelli Artis

Facilities Coordinator

Kelli started at Broadway in June of 2017. As the Facilities Coordinator, Kelli is the one who makes sure the building is ready and available for any event that happens in our property and makes sure our facilities are running properly. Kelli also takes care of the Coffee Cove- which is her favorite part of her role here. Kelli is happily married and the mother of 3 beautiful girls- Lexi, Breezie and Sophie. Her favorite thing to do is travel and make memories with her family while supporting her girls in their activities.

Terry Brotherton


Terry started in our Building and Grounds team in 2017. He is in charge of making sure projects within our building are completed with excellence. His favorite thing about his job is seeing the progress of projects that happen because of the growth of our people. He is happily married to Rhonda and they have 11 grandchildren. Terry enjoys travel, golf, spending time with his family and eating Mexican food. Terry loves following Jesus and learning more about Him in every area of his life.

Hannah Ellermets

Lead Administrator

Hannah joined the staff in August of 2017. As the Lead Administrator Hannah answers phones, helps with day-to-day office needs, works on database maintenance, and prepares weekly communication reports. Hannah has become the office birthday shenanigan coordinator and loves celebrating the awesome people she works with. Hannah has been married to her hubby, Bryan, for 11 years and they have four kiddos- Hunter, Hope, Emmalee, and Paxton. As a family, they enjoy all things outdoors; and Hannah enjoys sewing and baking delicious treats. She also likes to laugh... a lot.

Tricia Hyder

Executive Administrator

Tricia started at Broadway in 2010. As the Executive Administrative Assistant, Tricia provides necessary administrative and ministry support for Ian and Jared. Her favorite thing about her role is being able to help people. Tricia is married with 5 kids. Along with spending time with her family, Tricia enjoys painting and working with metals. Anytime she's creating something she's on Cloud9! She loves pasta and used to work for the CIA. She has a degree in Art Education and used to be an art teacher.

Amy Lawless

Financial Administrator

Amy started at Broadway in 2007. As the Financial Administrative Assistant, she is in charge of accounts and payroll. Amy really enjoys the organization aspects of her job- especially the bookkeeping. 

Amy is married to her high school sweetheart and has three children and a sweet, spoiled dog. She enjoys photography, cooking, music and quality time with her friends and family. Her guilty pleasure is an afternoon or evening relaxing and watching her favorite TV shows (anything on HGTV or the Food Network).

Jessica Sharp

Administrative Assistant

Jessica has worked at Broadway in various roles since July of 2004. In her current role she helps in the front office- answering phones and helping with day-to-day office needs.

In 2001, she married her husband Tony and they have 3 children: Rebekah, Derek and Erikah. They also have 3 cats. The Sharps are residents of Mattoon. Jessica loves to spend time with her family, camping, four-wheeling, and watching and cheering on her kids in sporting events. She's also co-owner of Monogram Moms.
